Profile and health-related inputs you enter in the App (including your name, age, weight, and other basic information), food logs, photos you take or choose for meal analysis, journey comparison photos, notes, recipes, water intake, fasting logs, and related content are processed and stored on your device only. We do not upload, store, or sync this content to our servers or third-party cloud storage for the App's core features.
The exception is if you voluntarily contact us (for example, support email) and choose to include attachments or details — then that information is handled as described below.
2.1 Information You Provide in the App
You may provide or generate:
- Profile data: Name, age, weight, and other basic information you enter for personalization
- Food logging: Manual entries and AI-assisted estimates from photos
- Photos: Images of food for estimated calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrates; journey "before and after" photos you save for comparison, with any notes you add
- Recipes: Preferences such as country and food choices used by the recipe feature
- Water intake, breathing exercise usage, fasting windows, and other wellness features you enable
2.2 Information Collected Automatically (Analytics & Ads)
We use Google Analytics and related Google technologies to collect usage and device-level information, which may include:
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- Aggregated or pseudonymous usage events (for example, screens viewed, feature usage patterns)
- Diagnostics such as crash or performance signals
We use this analytics information to understand how the App is used, improve the product, and to run, measure, and optimize advertising (including remarketing or similar campaigns where permitted by platform settings and your choices). Analytics data is not a substitute for the personal health content stored locally in the App; those logs and photos are not uploaded for cloud storage as part of the App's normal operation.

The App may request:

- Notifications (optional): Reminders for water, fasting, or other habits

4. Data Storage and Security
On-device storage
Your logs, photos, and profile details used inside the App are kept on your device unless you explicitly share them with us (for example, via email). Uninstalling the App or deleting data within the App may remove that local content depending on your device settings.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. Protect your device with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
5. Third-Party Services
Distribution, subscriptions or purchases if offered, and payment processing are handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.

AI-generated estimates of calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrates from photos are not guaranteed to be accurate. A photograph cannot see hidden ingredients, depth under a bowl, exact portion size, or cooking methods. Use estimates for general awareness only, not for medical decisions.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- Local data: Edit or delete entries, photos, and profile fields in the App
- Permissions: Manage camera, photos, and notifications in iOS Settings
- Tracking & ads: Limit ad tracking where available (for example, iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking)
- Subscriptions: Manage or cancel through Apple's subscription settings if applicable

9. Data Retention
On-device content remains until you delete it or remove the App, subject to your device behavior.
Analyticsis retained according to Google's retention settings and our configuration.

Your primary App content stays on your device. Analytics and advertising-related processing by Google may involve servers in countries other than your own. See Google's policies for details.
